1. The service
Resume Apply searches job boards, scores postings against your résumé, fills application forms and, with your approval, submits them. It is provided as an early-access product and may change or be interrupted.
2. Your responsibilities
- Everything the service submits is your application. You are responsible for the accuracy of your résumé and your answers file, and for reviewing applications before approving them.
- You must have the right to use the job-board and employer accounts the service operates on your behalf, and you accept that automated use may conflict with those sites' terms. Use human-like pacing, keep volumes modest, and keep review enabled until you trust the fills.
- You will not use the service to misrepresent qualifications, work authorization or identity.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are sold in packs and consumed one per confirmed submission. Searching, scoring, declined reviews, skipped questions, duplicates and errors do not consume credits. Packs do not expire. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable and grant nothing.
4. No guarantees
The service does not guarantee interviews, offers, or that any particular form will be filled correctly. Job boards change; some applications will need your manual assistance. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
5. Acceptable use
No CAPTCHA circumvention, no spamming employers, no use on accounts you do not own. We may suspend access that abuses job boards or employers.
